Talk to the members of the club for info. You have the normal POA fees for the community, one time membership with the club, monthly club fees and a minimum food requirement. These are all normal for this type of community.
One time but you'll have you monthly fees as well, your real estate agent should have all of the info, if you need an agent I'm happy to assist
