Wonderful facility, I was impressed by the staff, everyone was helpful, friendly and kind. I liked the extra precautions taken to ensure the residents safety. The doors close automatically and have alarms as well as the parking lot being far enough away as to not worry about patients being in the area. Also, Scotty at the front desk was so nice and upbeat and helped me check in to visit my friend. Thank you Scotty!!

Staff was terrific! Scotty at the front desk was helpful patient and sweet. He shows true kindness for the residents and guests. very happy my mother is in such caring hands.

My husband almost died due to their neglect They are understaffed and Filthy do not Send your love ones there. Had to call 911 to save his life

I would not recommend this facility. I believe some of the help mistreated my father. We tried going outside and its absolutely not wheelchair friendly. In fact one of the times I took out my father he fell over the ledge with the wheelchair when I was trying to prop the door open with a rock cause it would close behind us. He got really hurt. The place is run down and it smells bad. The parking lot is quite far from the entrance of the building, which doesn't make sense. They ruined one of his shirts, and his phone. They did reimburse us when we bought replacement, when I complained. There are many other situations I rather not go into. In a nutshell, there are many other facilities in the area, and I don't trust this one. Do yourself a favor and cross this one out from your list when looking for a place. After his stay, my father was charged $1,200 for allegedly staying 3 nights over what Medicare paid. Due to his good nature and age, he paid $100 towards that amount before I could stop him. This way they got back $100 from the money they gave him for ruining his phone and one of his shirts.
