First of all it’s impossible to find the office even when using Siri or Google maps. Why? Because it is in an obscure position. It’s actually attached to the rear of the Embassy Suites. No signs anywhere , including street signs , to show where to go. Once found, upon entering the building, there is a board on the wall showing by suite number where the various offices are. Social security is suite 400 according to the person I spoke to on the phone. IT IS NOT listed on the board. Staff member I dealt with was in a dreadful huff. Upon leaving the security guy was rude and sarcastic when I asked him where the exit was. It’s a dreadful place to have to visit.

Waited 45 minutes to be greeted by rude woman who wasn’t willing to help me in any way. Told me I have to send my ID in the mail and when I asked if I can bring it to the nearby office she got even more upset and refused to speak any further. When I asked for her name she hung up on me. There should not be people like this working in a government facility.
