Started going before the pandemic and then stopped for a while. I returned last year and a lot of improvements have been made. It’s an awesome gym and the staff is friendly.

They talk about the new renovation like anything was done besides pouring epoxy over the floors. Water fountains have been broken for a year and they keep it that way so you'll buy bottles there (the owner admitted to this). Very shady business by the owner. Most of the machines here have been here since before it was even busy body. Everything is always broken/misplaced and it's full of creepy trainers who prey on the women here. AVOID.

There is not a pool
I pay $29 a month. However my membership was transferred from another gym. I couldnt tell you the monthly unless a signed up with them originally.
Does aarp/united health pay for silver snicker programs?
