Is it okay to have family gatherings at the pavilion area without reservations as long as they are not reserved?

Hi Brandi, Single table picnic pavilions are available at no charge for first-come, first-served use. However, larger, group pavilions for special events must be reserved prior to use. At John Prince Park, these include Center Drive, Tim Granowitz, Osborne and Smythe Pavilions, all of which are labeled on a sign in front of the pavilion.
