This management group does not seem to have our community's best interests as a focus. I hope our HOA changes management companies when our contract is finished.

I've been a resident of Villaggio since it was under construction seven years ago. Although there have been several changes in the administration through the years the one person who remained committed since construction is Shaun. It's been a pleasure to see how he listens and works with the community leadership to make this the place any active 55 adult would like to call home. He has always be responsive and considerate to me and my family or pointed me in the right direction. The staff and vendors seem to have a great deal of respect for his management of the community.

GRS is as bad as it gets. From an HOA board perspective, we had tried to communicate the issues we were having with them for well over a year (probably closer to 18 months). They do not answer their phones nor do not return calls. (Getting in touch with them to address the issues was close to impossible). When we did actually finally contact upper management, they used the COVID excuse one after another. The property manager that we were using didn't even know how to run a simple Zoom meeting, not-to-mention had the worst "I hate my job" attitude you can imagine. Bottom line, if you don't live in Mar-a-lago or Polo Club, your neighborhood is simply set on the back burner until they have time to address your issues. They are simply too big for their own britches and are severely understaffed. AVOID hiring GRS AT ALL COSTS. In my mind, they are highway robbery and a complete SCAM.

Which HOA you can go to the main site and key in the HOA and it will bring it up.
