Good luck! The place has horrible management and will make promises after promises to take care of problems in your apartment and will never keep their promises. They also like to lie on their paperwork that they make you sign. They backdate their documents so that they don't get in trouble for mistakes they made, they don't care about their residents. They're always working loopholes for their benefit. They're always misplacing whatever documents you sign and have you come back over and over again to keep signing the same stuff! When the owners come by for an inspection, they ask you not to speak about any problems your apartment has and continue to promise to fix it
