How come as a Pay customer I can't have or fine a cart to be able to transport my items inside the laundry mat I only counted maybe 9 to 10 push carts..... how is this proper business being conducted

I've been going here for a couple years. They use to have so many more. I'm not sure what happened to the rest but it aggravates me too. Maybe corporate needs some complaints.
