I don't like their card system cause it forces you to put more money on it then you need but all of their washers always work well. Drying if free and has the best dryers in West Philly.

This is thee absolute worst laundry mat I’ve ever been to. The customer service is horrible! 0 stars to be honest I hope they get closed down. There are other laundry mats in the area that are way better.

FYI - the hours on Google listing daily opening at 730AM and close at 1030PM are incorrect. On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, I called and the attendant said they close 9PM today (i.e. Wednesday) and open at 10AM tomorrow (i.e. Thursday) pros: They provide wash and fold services, and it is close to where I live and feels safe. cons: It can be challenging to communicate with the staff because none of them are fluent in English. Also, for wash and fold services, I dislike how they put the clean clothes back into a dirty hamper without using a bag UNLESS YOU ASK. They also accidentally stained all of my whites with this red string that they tied my clothes in once.

Use to be my go to laundromat…that’s until I was racially profiled! I put my clothes in the washer and sat down. Minding my business waiting for My clothes. The man who runs the laundromat says to me “customers only” I respond with “excuse me?” He continues to say “customers only no hangout spot” after I told him I was waiting for my clothes, I didn’t get no apology he just said “yeah well customers only” first off why would I hang out at a laundromat? Secondly no remorse just ignorance. I loved this laundromat been going here since I moved out west. Sadly I will not be returning again. I gave it 3stars because it is a good laundromat just beware if you are sitting down minding your business you might get accused of just “hanging around” Do better!
