Some of there employees are very rude I asked for hot sauce and they gave me mild and when I asked for hot sauce again they told me to check the bag and got a attitude. And not only that they cursed me out and messed up my order. Will not return

I apologize for that. It is my neighborhood taco bell and they are normally quick and friendly. You can call to advise the manager of this area of opportunity so the appropriate training can be implemented. Their grill cheese burrito is fire so please go back when you can. Don't let that stop you.

Great question .Contact the area supervisor..if attitude and or problem not solved reach out to PepsiCo..they are the parent company of KFC and Taco Bell.in today's work place good and loyal people are unfortunately hard to find.Always use the proper ladder to climb instead of arguments and or violence..also today's teen should be working 16 hrs per day for at least 25 years..if u love the work you do and you are getting paid for it hurt is a win win situation..stand tall and you to can conquer anything your heart desires..
