Be aware of the people to whom you rent your unit believe me it can become a nightmare. Let me warn you as an owner or potential, Be careful of how kind or considerate you are with the contract. They will take it as weakness. Case in point I made the mistake of not getting first and last month rent. (Just trying to help the renter) Without this leverage your client/tenant , can get as nasty and impolite as possible (obviously an extremely dumb approach) because you may a mistake of not holding their down payment, that now give them leverage over you. MY recommendation, certainly not everyone is going to be the ungrateful. could minimize some of your losses incase you need that leverage. Well NEVER fall in that trap. Unfortunately some genuinely poor soul will come by but you were

If you’re considering moving here, please look elsewhere. I decided to move here to save money for my house and I regret the decision daily. We were quickly approved for a unit and had issues with the quality from the very first day upon move in. I moved into a condo unit with a major roach infestation, broken tile, split doors, a broken refrigerator, and mold. We constantly submit work orders and nothing gets fixed unless you go to the office 3 or 4 times. The unit constantly have water leakage which creates additional mold within the unit. They office response is to have the maintenance paint over the mold. I had water dripping in my bathroom for about two weeks, it created a hole in the ceiling. That hole had snails and insects entering our bathroom. That hole did not get fixed until, I approach the manager angry. The maintenance guy cut a bigger hole, fix the leak, placed some form of dry wall in the ceiling, and never painted over it. The pipe in the bathroom is broken and have been dripping for two weeks regardless, of the work order submitted. I currently cannot use my tub or toilet because it’s constantly backing up and recently submitted a work order for that. The bathroom is attached to my closet. The extra moisture created mold on my personal belongings. Visitors must register their car or it will be towed. The catch is they can only park 2 consecutive days out of the week. If your visitor would like to stay longer you will have to submit a request for a visitor pass and pay $30 per week. I originally moved in when Gaby was a manager of the property, the property needed work, but her eagerness to deliver results was somewhat relieving. With this new management emphasis is placed on who’s renting or owning instead of seeking resolution for tenants. I’m currently seeking legal counsel, the habitability of my condo unit is beyond questionable. Attach is photos of my living arrangements and you determine if this place is right for you or not.

Hi...This is the Home Owners Condominium Association, we do NOT do rentals or own units to rent. Please reach out to an owner directly to inquire about rentals. Several owners advertise on Facebook, Craigslist or Apartments.com

The Home Owner Association doesn’t perform any rentals. You will need to reach out directly to one of the owners at Lakeside that may rent out their individual Condominium unit to you as a tenant. Try to search online as some of the owners advertise and you may be able to rent their unit. Good luck!
