Most new comics nowadays hover around the 2.99-3.99 price point. Legend has plenty of fun back issues starting at a dollar though!

The staff knows comics and can help you find a story arc for your favorite heroes. They have ample graphic novels for DC, Marvel, and indy publishers. They also have a half price shelf for grahic navels.
Super reasonable with prices. They have a bunch of 1$ comics and they go up from there.
