Exchange it or return it
Hey Roger , hopefully you kept the box and orginal packing, papers etc. Pack it all back up with you receipt and take it back to the closest BrandsMart USA. If there's a problem ask for the manager. If you don't like returning stuff take someone with you to help reinforce your position. Be prepared to barter some incase they no longer have the same set this close to xmas. Ask them to call other stores if necessary and hold to pick up at another store or possibly they will ship it right to your house. Anything is possible with large company's. I feel sure they will make it right. Let us know how it goes. Happy Holidays!

Try calling corporate office. Did they give you a reason why you couldn't return it? Your experience validates even more so why i no longer patronize them. Also write a review on yelp about it. They seem to respond quickly and act eager to help because they do not like the bad about their company getting out but they only seem to check yelp.
Try to return.. spoke to management more than one... no way no how . Will not take it back and can not get repaired I am out the money. Had all packing and returned in less than 24 hours... nothing but a hard time.
