Barry, the problem you are experiencing with Brands Mart is strange due to all my purchasing with them over the last 20 plus years. If this is a large appliance purchase you need to reread a copy of the maintenance agreement you signed and go up the chain of command accordingly. If this fails i would document with a real paper return receipt letter with U. S. Postal Service delivery. Make it short and to the point try not to excessively complain. Ask why the failure to appear at your home specifically. You maybe surprised at the answer. Your last sentence of the letter should ask them to respond back to you with in two weeks time frame. ( very important ) This has never failed to fine out your direct problem. Ask for a rebate on the purchase of the additional warranty if they are not providing the service. Also ask what resolve they can offer you for the poor service plan they have failed to maintain. You will get an answer i just hope you enjoy it.
I am very surprised that Brandsmart did not show up .I have been buying From them for years with no issues on any installations or service .Ask for the service manager
