why do you not answer the phones? i've called 3 times and 3 times I have been put on hold and no one ever comes back? isn't that a bit unprofessional? this is not just today is most of the times when you need to speak to someone from your office.

I had similar phone trouble in the past. I started sending them messages via the patient portal and I get a very fast response. I highly recommend using it! great.
