Actually I know a couple that did get married there very nice location! As far as tents n all no clue maybe contact parks n rec for more details
I think your vows would be good . You could try the Port Salerno Civic club for the reception. Its close and inexpensive.
Not sure about weddings, but there is at least one gazebo or pavilion area, but it's probably not the best place for a wedding reception. There is a big field overlooking, I believe, the St Lucie river. It is beautifuland picturesque, but im not sure id have a wedding there.
