a purchased a rug at your omaha ne store on 4-23-18. I have called the store several times but have not heard back. I need to return the rug because the dye is faulty. I cannot find my receit. but have a copy of the transaction from my bank.

I know this is way late but AT Home can always look up previous transactions for up to 60 days with the card used during the purchase.
