I used to live down in Coca Village, my dog was welcomed everywhere. She didnt care for water, but no one said a word about her being by the splash pad. Offten times there isnt even anyone on the splash pad. As long as you keep your dog on a leash and he or she is well behaved you should be fine.

Nobody says anything if you bring a dog the restaurants nearby are a different matter
