Wheel chair access?

They do have wheel chair accesibilty but there is no boardwalk down the beach or anything so getting by the water would still be a struggle

Yes, through out the park and onto the boardwalk so you can see the ocean from there and not have to go and get stuck in the sand! There is also a wooden board walk nature trail that is lovely and shaded, but might be a bumpy ride 😏
