Service dogs by law should be allowed in any park. Look up the rules for service dogs as they fall under ada laws and should not be discriminated anywhere
I unfortunately was not aware of the no dog rule on Lori Wilson Beach. I am quite upset in their handling of the situation because I feel I was used. A TV 2 cameraman asked if he could interview me about dogs on the beach. He explained there is s pending decision an I cooperated and he asked to use my name. Shortly after an extremely rude patrol told me that I had to leave and actually escorted me from the beach. I wasn’t resisting in any way, only explained that what I had read on the website indicated an off leash dog park and otherwise dogs had to be on a leash. Obviously, I had not read this sites infomafion. There is one sign at the entrance that says in small print “no pets”. That’s it! I will never return to that beach with or without a dog. The authorities were far outside the behavior that a public officer should be exhibiting.
Yes, usually not crowded as to location(right off major thoroughfare in the heart of tourist district).
All service dogs are by law allowed anywhere their patient goes.
Service dogs are permissible in almost any area, even if forbidden, normally, by direct expression and signs. See the Americans with disabilities Act. You have a right to your service animal.
I Dream of Jeannie has dog pens for large large dogs and small dogs usually kept very clean and you can let your dog loose and have him make friends no dogs are not allowed on the beach if you Garo farther down into Melbourne where there are no lifeguards you can take your dog on the beach
They have a dog park...so yes.
Yes. Enjoy
There is a dog area, but don't know about the beach.

Yes, of course. Have fun
I don't recall seeing any notice on pets.
Great spot. However parking maybe limited.
I unfortunately do not know about service dogs specifically. If they are allowed on the beach itself. That said I know service dogs that actually aide you in your daily life potter florida law have rights to go into any public space. If the animal is for emotion or psychiatric support there is not the same allowances. Therefore depending on the reasons behind your service dog I would think they are welcome on the beach however would probably need to remain leased.
