A good viewing area for a launch for free would be in Titusville, anywhere along the riverway or Garden Street east of US1. The views are spectacular. However, if the launches are coming from the Cape ... If you can get out to Jetty Park in Cape Canaveral $15 for a whole day of beach fun in the sun, you're set.
