I recommend that you get there when they first open so you have the opportunity to see and do all the exciting things they have to offer! Also on their compound there is a small Lake and if you get there early they used to have alligators in there but when it gets hot the alligators go underwater. Well worth the trip to spend the entire your entire day there!
8 hours is bare minimum if you want to cover all.
They break it down nicely in their site. But it's basically a full day experience unless you plan to be very restrictive on what you do and see.
