Some parts are not open (e.g. launch pads, the crawlers), but the Saturn area was open, as is the main visitor complex. We spent 9.5 hours there yesterday with all of the things to see.

Brian is correct. We were there Saturday and Sunday and did almost everything.
No it's open... The only thing not opened us the bus tour not included in your admission. You do have access to the bus which takes you to the Saturn Apollo V center... Great place for lunch and seeking a huge rocket indoors. You also get to drive past the vehicle assembly building.
