why do they kick people out during freezing cold temperatures this is supposed to be a homeless shelter right i had it with this place a lot of the staff don't really want to see you make it they treating to call the police on totally innocent people

Staff does not kick people out of the mission. People kick themselves out. The only time a guest is "kicked out" is when they are attempting to disrupt the peace and order of the mission. When staff is tasked with keeping the peace and order and a client is disruptive, there are 2 options; Continue letting that person be disorderly and disruptive, or call the police and have them escorted to a safe place. The Staff at the PCM just want things to run smoothly and will get rid of people causing problems.
