Charlene, all go through the scheduling office for all the offices. As you can imagine there are a lot of calls. Just ask not to be transferred but connected. I do not work in Dental, but feel free to ask for me and I will try to assist you with getting to where you need to be. I will not be in Monday morning but will be in the afternoon. If it is an emergency please go in as a walk in

I called the call center yesterday and was transfered to 4 different operators to reschedule an appt for a crown. I finally disconnected the call. Sent an email today, maybe someone will call me!
