Cognitive behavioral therapy is a very eclectic approach to helping us to look at our thoughts and change the ones that don't work for us. It helps us to practice healthier ways to Think and replace patterns of thinking that just aren't working for us. Does it work for all clients? I don't know that anything can work for everyone, I incorporate CBT into many peoples behavioral health treatment but I don't know that I would use it with every single one of my clients. I imagine that is best determined between the provider and the client. CBT is incredibly useful and many of us use the skills without even knowing that CBT would claim them for their own.

CommWell Health provides transportation to the Positive Life department patients. If you have a general medical, dental, and behavioral health you will need to provide your own transportation. However, there are public transportation options in various counties in North Carolina such as Sampson Area Transportation (SAT) in Sampson County.
