It is first come first served.. Time it takes to get back depends on what you want, but call and ask they are great about answering questions. We dropped of a doe for burger only and she was done in about a week. We took a bear in for breakfast sausage and it took 3 weeks.
As far as I know, it's first come first serve. But you should ask Brad about it
