Went to Sacramento Walmart Stores last Week, Three to be exact. The Laziest and most Sucking Customer attendant Personnel I have witnessed in my entire Life. Was it a bad day or that Sacramento simply sucks and the people Lazy as hell and rude?

Probably just a bad day. Any customer service experience is heavily weighted by how all of the coustomers before you acted. If it was a hot or muggy day and everyone came into the store in a bad mood by the time you got there the people working there were more than likley also in a bad mood.
