They typically are slow and ignore you inside and are rude when they speak.

I find it hard to believe you spent 16 months sitting in a Wendy's waiting for food. But they are pretty slow....
This Wendy's is by far THE WORST fast food rest. I have ever been to. The service keeps getting ruder and worst with each passing month it seems. I'm done giving them chances. From what I understand, that's the general opinion of this particular Wendy's. I believe that most of the "entry level" employees are genuinely good people. The management personnel are down right rude and offensive. Real shame to, Wendy's is a fine product. When you're not at Toronto Rd. Spfld, Illinois location.
