You can be picked up at the amtrak station but you have to drop the car off at enterprise
Enterprise will pick up and drop off at the Amtrak station when they are open. They have an after hours drop off, but you'll have to call a cab (no Uber or Lyft) to get back to the station. Call the local Enterprise office. They're helpful.
