Also depend if you turn on Sentry or dog mode. Sometimes using much Ac in hot day while you dont drive will cost you 1-2 % of the battery.
Just like any type of battery, there will be some sort of degradation which will affect the mileage. Just keep to charging up to 80% daily to keep your battery performing optimally. I wouldn't worry about the degradation until many many years down the line.
