Go to the store and talk with management or call and ask to speak to a manager.. if that doesn't work than call corporate

I agree with Tammy. Having worked retail for years, you should start with the store/manager(s). If no resolution within a few days, elevate it to corporate.
I've never had to and it all depends on your grievence, if it is about a product, you would talk to the manager of that department, if in a few days the problem is not resolved go to the main store manager, and if no result call cooperate, it shouldn't have to go much outside of the store though
