This is the second day, two days in a row, having the chicken Caesar salad. I'm very disappointed with the romaine lettuce I got and I stopped picking the bad lettuce leaves, then dumped it. They're soggy, not fresh, and not going to order this again. I did not feel safe eating it at all.

I've been to Portillos well over 200 times in Chicagoland and MN. Only had two bad experiences at the Woodbury location.

Great food but it is pricey but we go once in a while, drive trough is always packed lol but overall I recommend it try the Xlarge Italian beef dipped with cheese and hot peppers with a chocolate cake shake its the best.

You usually can't go wrong at Portillos. It is a staple in the Chicagoland area. However, at this location a few things did not go so great. One of the beefs my family ordered came out way too soggy. They also forgot the cheese we ordered with our fries and they served us a diet vs regular coke. Besides that it was a nother great Portillos meal.
