Usually pets are allowed on outside patios, but why not just give them a call and check. Don't leave your dog in the car.
Pets are NOT allowed inside or patio. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals according to the ADA as they do not provide a service. This is the exact response they will give you. Save yourself the trouble.
