This is an honest review from someone who has actually had to deal with this company. This rates as one of my worst experiences ever in customer service. We brought in our Mercedes Sprinter Van and told them exactly what type of sound we were looking for which is only what you would get in a Toyota Camary. As a Toyota Camary owner, I expected no less. However, my boom box sounded better even after expert consultation by Gary Gates the consultant. When we complained and again brought our Van in a second time which tied up our entire day, we were met with condescending remarks. Never do business with this company. Especially, if Gary Gates is the Service Consultant. We decided to take our business elsewhere since we lost total confidence even after speaking to the owner and were met with the same condescending remarks. I felt I was totally ripped off. Especially since I was charged for the entire service before it was complete. Be careful what they charge you for if you hand them your credit card.
