There is a new receptionist that is beyond rude! I was actually surprised that she was even hired to work at this location. I had a 2:45 scheduled appointment and I called to say I would be about 5minutes late due to traffic. When I arrived to check in she said I was right at the 9 minute late marker and would have to come back at 4 because my Aesthetician was busy with another client. My Aesthetician was standing right across from the check in desk waiting to assist me, she was not at all busy! How unprofessional and disrespectful! She also had no clue about pricing and tried to assume a leadership role when clearly she has no idea what she was doing. Her attitude is completely unacceptable and if she is there again with that rudeness I will file a formal complaint with the Corporate Office. Treat people with respect because that type of attitude will not be tolerated!!

Cancelled my student pass soon after purchasing and was supposed to get refunded. Never received any of the money back. Have tried multiple times to talk with someone about it and each time nobody can help me

Darrian was excellent and professional with the waxing treatment I received. She was training two young ladies and was certainly quite skilled at training as well.
