My kid had fun, but it was hot in mid July! Anything in the sun was too hot to touch and none of the shade from the trees touched the playground. Plus, the rubber ground reflected the heat back, and made it much worse. Definitely go early in the morning in the summer. Another note: we assumed the play structures were two stories, but they are not.

There isn't any gates or times on any of the signs so you could drive up to it 24 hours a day if you wanted.

I've seen that long Amazon package paper along with paper tablecloths bulk mailers and grocery bags in the newspaper recycling bins.
The bins are marked for newspaper and cardboard only.
They do not take styrofoam

Many Veterans Groups and Memorial Halls will have a flag retirement service, often on a regular schedule. Check with them or ask the local county Veterans Office to see what information they may have. Also many Boy Scout Troops will have annual flag retirement events.
