Quite a number of years ago, I needed a rush (two day) framing job in order to properly display a large photograph at a funeral. Mr. Flynn was then at his previous location off Douglas and was very busy (nothing has changed in that regard). Yet he was the ONE framer in Roseville who would even consider taking on the job. After significant inconvenience beyond his normal work hours, he had it beautifully done - and ahead of schedule. Fortunately, I have not had another rush job, but since that experience, all my framing work, which is significant due to a special interest, has gone only to Mr. Flynn, and I have never been even a little bit disappointed. While every aspect of Mr. Flynn's framing is very well done, his sense of spacing and attention to perfection in doing the matting work, is, in my opinion, second to none - I have not seen better anywhere. And whenever I have been unsure of how to have a frame job accomplished, I have never regretted going with what he thinks. While some might feel the cost a bit "pricey," it is easy to respond that "You get what you pay for." But that is often not true - you pay for high quality, but you don't get it. With Noel Flynn's Gallery and Frame Factory, you do get what you pay for!
