If you are staying at a hotel in Nola no need to drive anywhere. Public transportation is super cheap. Street cars pretty much go all over.

No valet, and parking is very complicated in The Quarter if you aren't familiar with local regulations. If you don't mind walking about six blocks you can park in the Treme for free. Otherwise there are some parking lots a bit closer and vary in price.
