The Ronkonkoma train will not take you directly to Amityville. Instead, you take a taxi ride or the S-57 bus to Sayville LIRR Station. The train line is Montauk heading to Babylon. From Babylon, you'll get to Amityville station. If you feel you should go to Ronkonkoma, remember you have to get off at either Hempstead or Jamaica to travel back east to Amityville.
