So I just left and was told to return tomorrow by 8am. However I was not given an appointment. I express I have all my documents and 2 months behind in electric bill, have late notice but disconnection notice has not arrive yet, plus have 24hours before receiving an eviction notice. I was told they reach capacity and only assisting those that are due for disconnection or eviction today. Lastly, I was informed even when I come tomorrow there isn't any guarantee I'll be seen. Was I informed correctly? I cannot keep missing days from work. Do they also provide job excuse to provide to my employer?
