Try to email them, they are able to respond faster.
Most likely because you are calling at a high volume time. I have noticed a lot of patients call ing the day they want to order right at opening time. Hole this helps you. It's worth the wait. The staff are in my experience very professional and prompt.
You have to call on the days open when they are not getting slammed with custermers
They get super busy that's probably why. You are suppose to be able to call them though. I get a quicker response on there Facebook personally.
