Why does the state lie about ticket quotas? I got pulled over for speeding with a dominos delivery sign on the car while keeping up with traffic ahead of me on New River road, on the clock I make $3 an hour, plus we had 3 late deliveries waiting

Is the discretion of the Officer she or he could have let you go I understand you have a Domino sign on your car If you're speed and he or she can give you a ticket no matter what sine you have on your car

I get that the town needs revenue, but while there is a dominos sign on the car you understand that I am under pressure to get back to the store quickly, on my own time you can ticket me without a single complaint, but it will take a month of $3 an hour to pay off a ticket I only got because we were short one driver and had orders waiting for me to return that were already in the red zone for wait times. I am sorry to be a pain, my complaint is not even with the ticket, it is the fact that it is obvious this officer was just desperate to do HIS job, and give tickets (serve and protect) just as I was trying to do MINE which is bring food to people and hope that they throw me $2 to compensate for gas. Just be honest about quotas, we all know they exist. We all see that come the 20th of any given month there is a cop in every parking lot waiting. Just be forward and say that the town needs money, and do not try to play it off as protection. Income is relative.
