I usually call the store and let them know, keep the receipt, and go back the next day. They usually write it down, telll the manager, and they will keep it the office. I use to work for Wendys. My wife and I love the chicken sandwiches. Wish they would build one in Leland.
Hi. I dont work for this store, however, I reccomend checking your bags when you're handed your food at any fast food restaurant, to make sure its all there. They'll fix it right then so long as you ask ;)
Try calling corporate number, or emailing. If that doesnt work try Yelp, Facebook or twitter
