My stay recently was Excellent! The entire staff, (especially Delice ) were very nice, professional, friendly and customer oriented who made me feel very welcomed from the start…Whenever I travel to Matthews/Charlotte I will always stay here. I was very impressed with our clean room, hot breakfast, and the walk in shower within the room. The room had beautiful decor and was very clean. Housekeeping does a very good job. In addition the hotel is in an area where there are lots of stores and eateries around. Thank you to all staff members for making my stay very enjoyable!

Very nice staff!! Very clean!!! Exactly what we needed!!! You can rest well here!!! And there's plenty of places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!!! They are pet friendly and so nice!

Positive: It was a clean decent safe environment with the staff being ver conservative. Sleep Inn did was very respectful and allowed me a chance to rent out a lodging space without taking a deposit put of my account. I was in town for a family emergency.

*Room not ready. *Entire hallway blocked with shampooing equipment *only a half roll of toilet paper in room &overcharged for pet after indicating the change was for 1 night *Don't slum here. Go to a better neighborhood, newer hotel, better kept location. Dirty parking lot unkempt landscape. Poor breakfast options. Owners not preferred go to a higher quality corporate owned.
