First time at this location, my sandwich had one slice of meat on it and the young man that brought thr food to the table was rude. My son didn't receive his milk, I went up to the counter and polity said my said didn't get his milk. He just looked at me , I went back to my seat and then he brought the milk. I will not come back to this location.

Great food! Good selection of sandwiches, salads, and mainly baked potatoes. The only issue I have is with curbside delivery. I've tried this multiple times, did as instructed, but still had to go inside to get my food. The last two times it was sitting on the shelf. What's irritating is I spoke to an employee told them I was there. He said he'll bring it out as soon as it's ready, but then put it on the shelf and forgot about it and left the front.

The sandwich was good however the mac & cheese was a bit too salty for my taste. I would have liked slightly more macaroni as I had a lot of cheese sauce left after eating all the noodles.

I ordered from this location via Grubhub for the first time yesterday, 11-18-21. It was a late lunch. Had a busy day & needed a snack before a business call. Figured I'd order a little extra for dinner. I ordered the kids grilled cheese w/potato salad. I'd never had either. This was supposed to be my snack. I've never had a dry grilled cheese. Aside from the bread not being buttery, most of the cheese was dry, too. Hate to say it, but they can take some hints from QT... I also ordered the half sandwich of the McAlister's club w/pickle, a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, a slice of Godiva double chocolate cheesecake. The club was pretty good. I removed some of the bread so I could enjoy the cheesecake splurge. I didn't get the pickle I ordered. The soup was good. I appreciated them wrapping the cup in plastic to prevent spillage. I thought the slice of cheesecake was a bit slim for $5. It was rich. I'm not always in the mood for chocolate, but it definitely hit the spot. I hadn't had McAlister's in 2 years. Unfortunately, the next time I have it, it probably won't come from this location.
