Yes there is handicap parking available. As well as the entire facility complies with with ADA

The structure itself is wheelchair friendly. With a crowd of people in it, it is less so, depending on the helpfulness of the crowd.

There is handicap parking and there are ramps. The entire place is level and handicap accessible the biggest problems would only be with crowds of people.
