If you are referring to moving furniture to clean the carpet, in my experience they did and at no extra cost. I must add that I did not have a significant amount of furniture on top of the carpet in the room that was being cleaned.
Yes I had most of my furniture out of way as well. But they do not charge extra as far as I know.
