The signs nearby show you where to find the building. I could hear the dogs barking while standing outside. Someone was standing outside and politely asked if we needed help. 🐶 🐕

Always cares about the adopter and the adoptee.

I have never been so lied to in my life These people are so low they lied to a 3yr Years later my son still remembers the " nice people who lied" These terrible people should be fired place in cages My family gave up two loving cats over the lies they told Amazing that animals like this have a job The racist and the public put down in front of several people was criminal at the least yet these so called humans put animals in cages where they should be

What a great place to adopt a cat. We absolutely love our cat. This shelter is knowledgeable, caring, and experienced.

No same day adoptions. Must go online and fill out adoption application And will be called back.
16 for cats and 18 for dogs.
Yes. Contact them, they are always looking for support!
$125 for felines, which includes spay/neuter, testing for FIV/leukemia, immunizations and deworming.
On occasion they have ferrets surrendered. Call and check first.
Yes, the get more cats than dogs and the staff is great & can answer any questions you have on site. Adopted my cat from here, great place.
Hello, if you accept cats
You can call the shelter or go online to fill out a volunteer application. You can not go in without an appointment.
It's been a month I already found a home for them but thank you
Yes they take the sheets, blankets and towels. Thank you for thinking of donating.
You can not just drop off a cat. You would need to call and speak with a officer of the shelter.
More cats than dogs and it would be best to call them about a hamster because if not physically there, the staff would have knowledge on where to get a hamster that was maybe given up or info on fostering animals
Go on the website and fill out an application.
I have kittens if you still want one
You need to call .
18, I think
The photos on pet finder are of the actual animals at the shelter.
Not sure, I was in the cat area
If you are still interested I have 5 looking for a home for them
Please stop in and fill out an application. The process can then be explained.
I have no idea your best bet is call them and find out
I went to 401 Hillside Ave. NJ 07205 Website: www.pfaonline.org People for Animals, Inc. It's an orginization. 10 day recovery. It costs over $100 for Females. Make sure you get the collar and keep it on 10 days. I hit a bump when someone took it off too early. Your cat needs to be a year. I waited until they were close to a year. They were young and small at first.
Not here at the shelter. I got rabies shots at the firehouse on the city hall area. With the buildings around it. Check Clifton website for dates. It happened during the summer. It's $5 for cats. One cat in a carrier per person. Flyer said that. Also important vaccines which are 3 get put in one vaccine. It helps keep cost down. For Parasites go to the Vet for prevention. It may be bought at the store for lower price.
Just call the location talk to Evelyn she is wonderful
Ok thank you very much
You need to fill out an application to start. They have them available at the shelter
I don't think they have birds. Primarily cats and some dogs.
6:30pm - 8:30pm Mon - Fri and 12 - 4pm Sunday. They have a ton of great cats looking for good homes

You should call the shelter tom leave a message and they will call you back in a few hours. Dont just show up so they can coordinate the drop off either directly at vet or to them
To work with the cats you need to be 16, for dogs it's 18 I believe
Yes
Jeff is right.
This shelter is made up of volunteers and Foster families who do nothing but care. It's sad people treat animals badly but we're lucky to have places like the this to take them in.
I think it's 18 for dogs and 16 for cats
Please stop in to the shelter Monday through Friday 6:30 to 8:30 and fill out an application to volunteer.
Absolutely. Do you live in clifton? They will only take if you are a resident. If they dont, PAWS in Montclair is another option.
I was told 16 years old today...by the staff on duty
Animal control picks up strays. If she is sweet..you can bring her to the shelter yourself
I adopted a pet from the shelter eight months ago. I don't what they have for adoption at this time.
Absolutely..can never have enough. Drop them off at night. Or leave them in a bag outside door.
Volunteers are always needed. Have her apply at the shelter. Liz and Jay run the shelter. Thanks for your help!
Yes they do! Donations are always appreciated
i am looking for a bby kitten do u still have any
Not sure. I will have to find out.
No, there is an adoption fee. It covers their shots and spay/ neuter costs. A vet would cost way more than what they ask for.
Sorry, I can't help you. You have to call the shelter. We adopted a beautiful and loving pit bull from them. Evelyn was very helpful in our choice.
They take it in and cure it but they will charge you a fee unless you call animal control and they turn it Ikea n to the humane society
Before adopting, they require that everyone that is going to be in the household with the pet spend time with it so there are no compatibility issues. They're very helpful and will take you on tours and explain everything.
