Horrible service waited forever for our food and when we got our food the steak was undercooked. When they took it back we waited an hour for the steak to come out but it never did we just asked for a refund so we could finally leave

Yikes . . . Yea I have never had that experience there as well. You should have talked to the Gen Manager if it is the same as I remember he is a great guy willing to find a happy medium with any problems
